Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Eraze Laser Clinic (ABN 29 604 486 339), trading as ERAZE, located at Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, Shop G25/3240 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.

By booking or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms.

Consultations

  • Initial consultations are provided to assess your suitability for treatment
  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not appropriate for you
  • All information provided during consultation must be accurate and complete

Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments are confirmed upon booking
  • We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a booking deposit requirement for future appointments
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment
  • We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and Afterpay
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable

Treatment Consent

  • You will be required to complete a consent form before treatment
  • You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and previous treatments
  • Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and safety

Treatment Results

  • Results vary between individuals depending on factors including skin type, treatment area, and adherence to aftercare instructions
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results
  • Before and after photographs are for illustration purposes and individual results may differ

Aftercare

  • You are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and increase risk of complications
  • Contact us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions

Health and Safety

  • We operate under Queensland Health radiation safety regulations
  • Our laser operators hold current licences issued by Queensland Health
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances

Age Requirements

  • Clients under 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent
  • A parent or guardian must be present during consultation and treatment for minors

Liability

  • We take all reasonable care to provide safe and effective treatments
  • We are not liable for results that do not meet your expectations where treatment was performed competently
  • We are not liable for complications arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information or follow aftercare instructions
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law

Refunds

  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with results where treatment was performed competently
  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website including text, images, and logos is owned by Eraze Laser Clinic
  • You may not reproduce our content without written permission

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
